1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and phfum (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phfum website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any phfum services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of phfum services following any amendments to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account and use phfum services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. phfum reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts that fail to provide satisfactory verification. Any person under the age of 21 who creates an account or attempts to use phfum services will have their account immediately terminated, and any winnings will be forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Capacity

You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or physically located within Philippine territory when accessing phfum services. You represent that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are not prohibited by law from participating in online gaming activities. You further warrant that you possess full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from forming binding contracts.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create a phfum account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number registered in the Philippines. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure accuracy. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one (1) phfum account. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts belonging to other persons, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. phfum employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

3. Account Security and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phfum username, password, and all account credentials. You agree to immediately notify phfum of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. phfum shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account if such unauthorized use occurs without our knowledge or due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, and account activities.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

phfum accepts deposits through GCash, PayMaya, direct bank transfers from Philippine banks including but not limited to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be specified on the Platform from time to time. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

phfum establishes minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may vary based on your account status, payment method selected, and other factors. Current limits are displayed on the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the phfum Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Any deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction, and any associated conversion fees will be borne by you.

4.4 Deposit Verification

phfum reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure. We comply with all anti-money laundering regulations applicable in the Philippines.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with phfum's internal procedures and timelines. Standard withdrawal processing typically occurs within 24 to 72 hours for verified accounts, though processing times may vary based on the payment method selected and verification requirements. phfum is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

5.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Before processing your first withdrawal, phfum requires verification of your identity through submission of valid government-issued identification and proof of address. Additional verification may be required for subsequent withdrawals at our sole discretion.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting wagering requirements may result in cancellation of the withdrawal request and potential account restrictions.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

phfum does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own fees, for which phfum bears no responsibility. Excessive withdrawal requests may be subject to administrative fees at our discretion.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by phfum are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be made available at the time of the promotion. Bonus funds are generally subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Abuse of bonuses or promotions, including but not limited to bonus hunting, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or exploiting system errors, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, reversal of winnings, and potential account termination.

phfum reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude individual players from specific promotions or all promotions at our sole discretion.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All players must adhere to fair gaming practices. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of this Agreement: use of automated betting systems or bots; collusion with other players; exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities; use of VPN or proxy services to disguise location; any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of games.

7.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical outcomes visible through video streaming. Game results are final and binding. phfum reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings in cases of technical malfunction, software errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

7.3 Responsible Gaming

phfum is committed to promoting responsible gaming. You acknowledge that gaming should be conducted for entertainment purposes only and not as a source of income. We provide tools for deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phfum Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and game designs, is the exclusive property of phfum or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to phfum. We collect, process, and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data, though no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

phfum reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms and Conditions; providing false or misleading information; suspected fraudulent activity; chargebacks or payment disputes; failure to comply with verification requests; abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or other players.

Upon account termination, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to phfum, provided the balance was obtained through legitimate means. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited in cases of termination for cause.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phfum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims arising from your use of phfum services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phfum, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: your violation of these Terms and Conditions; your violation of any applicable laws or regulations; your violation of any third-party rights; or any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of phfum services shall first be addressed through our customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be governed by Philippine law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.

16. Amendment of Terms

phfum reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through prominent notice on the Platform or via email to your registered address. Your continued use of phfum services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of such modifications. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
